You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

  • You are responsible for the automations you create and for ensuring you are authorized to connect and act on the third-party tools you link.

You retain ownership of the instructions, data, and outputs you create with the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf — for example, to run your automations and store their results.

The Service plans and runs automations based on your instructions and the tools you authorize. You are responsible for reviewing steps that require approval and for the consequences of the actions you allow the Service to take.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zush will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
